Its strategic location in the centre of Dénia, next to the Port, will facilitate your stay in the town.

The space
The flat is perfect for 2 people. The living area is on the 1st floor, so you have to climb a flight of stairs. It has a bedroom with a 150cm bed, a living-dining room with balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, all integrated in a modern, open and warm space that transmits peace, joy and serenity.

We have a car park reserved exclusively for our guests to make it easier to move around the town.

Villa Marineta has a privileged location, it is situated in one of the most emblematic and picturesque neighbourhoods of the city of Denia, the Baix la Mar neighbourhood, a fishermen’s neighbourhood with a lot of history located at the foot of the castle. A 5 minute walk from the sandy beach of Raset. It has all the services to complement your stay: fashionable restaurants, bars, supermarkets, chemists, shops, traditional markets, the Nautical Club, the fish market, etc. It is very close to the leisure area ‘Los Magazinos’.
