A luxury cottage recently refurbished and decorated with great care and detail to make the stay of our guests a unique experience in which to enjoy life and disconnect from the daily routine.

This house is ideal for families of up to 5 members. It offers a privileged location 20 metres from the beach.

The space
The flat is 60 m² and is located on the beach of Les Deveses. It has a fully equipped kitchen with top brand appliances where you will also find a selection of coffees and teas for your breakfasts. It has a first bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed and a second bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with soft towels and high quality toiletries.

Les Deveses Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the town of Dénia, located in the area furthest from the town centre, between kilometre 10,80 and 13,80 of the Les Marines road. It is a fine sandy beach with an extension of approximately 3 kilometres, this beach has become one of the favourite destinations for both local residents and tourists visiting the region who are looking for a wild and quiet beach.
Another important feature of Les Deveses is its preserved natural environment. The beach is surrounded by dunes and Mediterranean vegetation, creating a picturesque and protected landscape. This natural environment attracts nature lovers and offers the opportunity to go hiking and cycling on the nearby trails.
